The HR Unit is tasked with managing employees and supporting the strategic goals of LMHRA. The department is responsible for recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, and workforce safety.

Key Areas of HR Functionality:

  • Compensation & Benefits: Administering salary policies, bonuses, and employee benefits.
  • Employee Relations: Offering guidance on performance management, dispute resolution, and training.
